Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform data entry, manage and update records and databases - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Payroll Experience Provide admin support to ensure efficient operation of office, answer phones, schedule meetings, supports visitors.
Carries out admin duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent typing and data entry skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in an administrative or office role preferred - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
