You'll be responsible for educating them about treatment options, navigating financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from their first contact.
Responsibilities:
Advocate for new patients:
Explain treatment options, answer questions, and guide them towards the best course of action.
Financial guidance:
Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients.
Multitasking master:
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient information efficiently.
Communication is key:
Clearly explain treatment plans and financial details to patients in both written and verbal communication.
Team player:
Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Fast-paced and adaptable:
Thrive in a dynamic environment and handle pressure effectively.
Lifelong learner:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the dental field.
Qualifications:
Sales experience (preferred) Experience in treatment presentations (preferred) Previous dental front office experience (highly preferred) Passion for working with children (must) Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and computer skills Upbeat and positive personality Ability to multi-task and work efficiently Strong attention to detail Professional appearance Knowledge of Open Dental (a plus)
