Is responsible for accurate and timely processing of accounts payable.
Duties include data entry, matching receipts, and verifying correct documents, obtaining proper authorization to issue payments.
Must establish and maintain good rapport with vendors and internal customers.
Assists the Accounts payable Clerk with daily operations.
Essential Duties:
Understand and comply with all ISO9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes Process accounts payable timely and accurately (matching receipts, and verifying authorizations and payments) Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and other inter-company personnel Distribution of appropriate paperwork for accounting assets and CIP's (construction in process) Relief for Receptionist Desk Reconciling vendor's statements Filing accounts payable vouchers Prepare wire (ACH/Foreign Exchange/Book Transfer forms for cash management) Prepare Expense reports reimbursed on a weekly basis Print AP checks as needed Reconcile and maintain Accrued Receipts reports Additional duties as requested by Management Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS:
