Main office located at 1904 Richland Avenue, Ceres, CA 95307 The Mobile Crisis Response Team with travel throughout/provide support for all of Stanislaus County Shifts:
PM (3:
00 PM to 11:
30 PM) Tuesday through Saturday (40 hours per week) PM (3:
00 PM to 11:
30 PM) Sunday & Monday (16 hours per week) NOC (11:
00 PM to 7:
30 AM) Friday & Saturday (16 hours per week) Duties Respond to crisis calls and urgent situations in Stanislaus County.
Provide on-site intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Complete in-depth, rapid assessments of individuals experiencing crisis to determine risk factors and immediate needs.
Utilize de-escalation tactics to calm individuals in crisis and prevent escalation of the situation.
Use crisis intervention strategies to address immediate mental health needs and help stabilize individuals.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential harm to self or others and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Qualifications Required HS Diploma or GED Peer Support Certification (For Peer Recovery Coaches/Peer Support Specialists) Lived experience as beneficiary of Behavioral Health System of Care (For Peer Recovery Coaches and Peer Support Specialists Willingness to use company vehicle/program van to travel to locations within the community to respond to crises Current and valid driver's license For Peer Recovery Coaches - one (1) year of experience in mental/behavioral health; For Substance Use Specialists - three (3) years of experience or an associate and two (2) years of experience or a bachelor's and one (1) year of experience in mental health At least one year of experience with substance use/addiction counseling Job Types:
