Main office located at 1904 Richland Avenue, Ceres, CA 95307 The Mobile Crisis Response Team with travel throughout/provide support for all of Stanislaus County Shifts:
PM (3:
00 PM to 11:
30 PM) Sunday & Monday (16 hours per week) NOC (11:
00 PM to 7:
30 AM) Friday & Saturday (16 hours per week) Duties Respond to crisis calls and urgent situations.
Provide on-site intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Complete in-depth, rapid assessments of individuals experiencing crisis to determine risk factors and immediate needs.
Utilize de-escalation tactics to calm individuals in crisis and prevent escalation of the situation.
Use crisis intervention strategies to address immediate mental health needs and help stabilize individuals.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential harm to self or others and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Use specialized knowledge about substance use disorders to help inform decisions made with regards to counsel provided to our members.
Qualifications High School Diploma or G.
E.
D Valid driver's license Three (3) years of experience in addiction/substance use setting Job Type:

Experience:
